Come experience the gift of sacred sound and vibrations of Tibetan singing bowls and other cosy instruments. Stimulate your own self-healing abilities.

More than ever, now, we need to create space in our lives to relax, let go of our fears and anxiety, of pain and suffering and let healing begin as we let go of past and become aware of present moment and stay grounded and grateful in it, creating a beautiful future.

You will be immersed into healing sounds and vibrations of ancient Tibetan and Crystal singing bowls, Koshi chimes, ocean drum, rain stick, seed rattles and other cosy instruments.

As you relax, the soothing vibrations will pass through every cell in your body, helping to activate and facilitate the body’s natural healing processes, whilst providing bio-energetic refreshment.

Tension, stress and anxiety will melt away and leave you in that inner-space where holistic healing and wellbeing begin...

Please B.Y.O mat, cushion/pillow, blanket, eye mask or eye bag (if you have one), water bottle and anything you need to be comfortable laying down for the hour. Wear comfortable warm clothing.
